A Few Of Our Recent Customer Challenges
Supporting our customers within difficult and demanding working environments such as mining and quarrying industries has become second nature to our team.
We take pride in the fact we can adapt and provide on-site services to suit our customers’ needs and ensure we keep their conveyor belts and systems running.
Unfortunately, it is not always blue sky and sunshine… but nice when it occurs! ?

It’s great to share a little bit about the challenge for one of our new customers within the farming and agricultural industry in St Andrews.
Not a straightforward install of 2 x 13.5 metre belts in one day to a John Deere Bailer machine, having to remove / lift heavy duty sprung tension units, fit belts around rollers and having to lapse back on itself and vulcanise on top rather than ground level.
Fortunately, our happy farmer customer is back up and running again. We also managed to save them over £5k by sourcing alternative OEM belts and providing a cost-effective installation service.
